Chef James Gentry took his desire for the culinary arts to formal training at Johnson & Wales in Charleston, South Carolina. There Gentry was immersed in a completely different southern region and fare thereby broadening his culinary expertise. After receiving his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales, Gentry moved back to make his mark in the Mid-South region.
